For this family’s lower-level hangout, comfort was non-negotiable, but style couldn’t take a back seat. We landed on a spacious custom sectional from Marcantonio Designs, a Canadian brand we adore for their attention to detail, comfort-forward construction, and endless customization options. It was the perfect anchor piece for movie nights, weekend lounging, and everything in between!

This light-filled foyer needed a stylish but practical touch. Enter: the Marshmallow Ottomans by Trica! Playful in name but sophisticated in design, these Canadian-made pieces brought softness and versatility to the space. We wrapped these ottomans with another standout selection of fabric from Maxwell’s lineup. Their textiles bring a designer edge to functional pieces, giving this small-but-mighty space a layer of richness that sets the tone for the entire home. I mean, how gorgeous do these pink ottomans look??

To soften the look and bring a touch of sculptural elegance, we chose Ann Armchairs from Colibri Lifestyle. Their modern silhouettes balance beautifully with the warmth of the table, creating a layered, lived-in dining space that invites long conversations and memorable meals.

And to frame it all? Drapery from Maxwell Fabrics, of course! Their luxe textures and subtle patterns helped us bring movement, light diffusion, and visual softness to the room. It’s one of those finishing touches that quietly transform the whole experience.

For this tailored workspace, we selected a desk from Huppé, one of Quebec’s finest modern furniture makers. Sleek lines, smart proportions, and beautifully finished wood gave this office the elevated vibe it deserved.

Paired with a Sunpan desk chair, the space became equal parts practical and polished. Their upholstered office seating hits that perfect balance between comfort and style, ideal for long days and Zoom calls alike.

To round things out, we brought in artwork from Renwil. Their Canadian-designed collections offer statement pieces with soul, and in this case, it helped turn a blank wall into a focal point. Because your workspace should inspire you, every time you walk in!
